Welcome to Season 2 of the Healthy Christian Women podcast!

This season we will be using our live devotion discussions from the Fit+Faith Facebook page as we go through this new 50-day devotional from Dayspring publishing called Faith, Fitness and Food for Women.

Each devotion will have a focus theme and support it with scripture, quotes from notable people and then conclude with a Food tip, Fitness tip and Daily Focus action step.

You will be listening in to the Facebook Live discussion as I read and respond to women’s comments who are joining me live.
